비즈니스를 하다보면 제안서(proposal), 계약서(contract), 견적서(quotation)같은 문서를 내부적으로 검토 할 일이 자주 생긴다.
오늘은 검토와 관련된 유용한 표현들에 대하여 알아보도록 하겠습니다.
우선 검토를 나타내는 영어 어휘에 대해 정리하고 시작하겠습니다.
☆ Review (가장 많이 사용)
☆ look through (비격식)
☆ go through (비격식)
크게 3가지 검토요청 , 검토 중 , 검토 완료 상황으로 나누어 이야기해 보겠습니다.
1. 검토 요청
☆ Please review and let me know if there are any further changes required.
검토하시고 혹시 추가(further)변경(changes)이 필요한지 알려 주십시오.
☆ Please find the attached copy of our pricing for your review and consideration.
귀하께서 검토(review) 후 고려해(consideration) 보시라고(for) 저희(our) 가격정책(pricing) 사본(copy) 첨부 드립니다.
2. (내부) 검토 중
☆ I have passed the quotation onto the client for review.
견적서(quotation) 검토(review)위해 고객(client / 최종사용자)에게 전달하였습니다.
☆ I forwarded the NDA to our legal team for review.
보내주신 NDA (Non -Disclosure Agreement)를 저희 법무팀에 검토차 보냈습니다.
☆ This looks like an interesting opportunity. Let me talk with our internal team and get back to you.
이껀(This) 아주 흥미로운(interesting) 기회로 보이네요. 우리 내부팀(internal team)과 이야기해 보고 연락드릴께요(get back to you).
※ "내부" 라는 뜻으로는 internal 이 사용된다.
☆ I will look through your email with the team and then respond to you shortly.
귀하의 이메일을 팀과 검토(look through)후에 곧(shortly) 답변 드리겠습니다(respond to).
☆ We are currently reviewing the document and will get back to you shortly.
현재(currently) 저희가 문서 검토중(reviewing)에 있습니다. 곧(shortly) 답변드리겠습니다.
3. 검토 완료
☆ I reviewed the contract and it seems acceptable.
계약서 검토하였는데 수용가능(acceptable)한 것 같습니다.
☆ We have gone through and updated the contract to reflect our most recent discussions.
저희가 가장최근(most recent) 논의(discussions)하였던 사항을 반영하여(reflect) 계약서 검토(gone through) 및 업데이트 하였습니다.
☆ As our lawyer did the final review, he noticed that there are conflicting terms.
저희쪽 변호사가 최종검토(final review) 하였는데, 몇몇 상충되는(conflicting) 사항들이(terms) 있는 것을 발견(noticed)하였습니다.
☆ Our legal team reviewed the contract and we do not have any further comments. I have attached our final version of the contract.
저희 법무팀이 계약서 검토하였는데 추가로(any further)드릴 코멘트는 없습니다. 저희 계약서 최종본(final version) 첨부 드렸습니다.
검토와 관련된 오늘 배운 문장들을 적절히 바꾸어 응용하시면 상황에 맞는 검토와 관련된 영어표현들을 다 만드실 수 있을겁니다.
